He gave minimal instructions, only explaining how the quad worked, with no details about the tour, what to do if lost, expected stops, or parking guidance. • During the first half of the tour, we drove extremely slowly with frequent stops to keep the group together. At the first stop (Sanap Cliffs), parking was chaotic due to poor guidance, with one person struggling while the guide rudely took over without clear instructions. We stayed there longer because…”
